What’s In the Box

Mixte reveals its latest campaign for Gianvito Rossi. As a modern tribute to Alice in wonderland, the film is composed with a series of scenery with surprising various scale between an intrigued woman and a giant shoe. The magical journey begins with a mysterious jewelry box opening leading you from one scene to another. From wonder to joy you discover the new shoes collection imaged as a precious bijou.

Aperitivo

As part of a longstanding collaboration, Mixte imagined and directed the new campaign ‘Aperitivo’: a  third opus inspired by Italian cinema and lifestyle.
Playing with the codes of this very Milanese tradition, the campaign captures the idea of a carefree moment between 3 friends that carries an inherent sense of fun and ease, in a very Italian lifestyle.

ANTEPRIMA

Back with a second opus inspired by Italian cinema, Mixte imagined and directed Anteprima, an exclusive video unveiled by Gianvito Rossi for Milan fashion week 2021. The campaign and it’s social content, showcased the new collection through a mischievous game between a women and her alter-ego, underlining fresh colors, elegance and transparency. In a playful approach to storytelling, Mixte underlined the new brand territory and female personality of the house.

CONTRADICTIONS

This first opus in a series of short films marks the creation by Mixte of a new brand territory for Gianvito Rossi, bringing a female presence to the house’s iconic products. In a playful approach to storytelling, aimed at creating light-hearted, shareable content, Mixte played with the twin themes of Italian cinema and the often “capricious” female nature to imagine the idea of “girls and their contradictions”, deployed in a short film and its edits.
